Laurel Kidder is a facilitator, coach and speaker who believes it’s not the big leaps we make from time to time, it’s the small steps we take day-to-day that affect real change. Since 2004 clients refer to her as a leader who can manage with grace and eloquence and still get things done.
Laurel’s approach is simple. Learn it, Live it, Lead it. Working with leaders and individuals of small to medium sized business she helps them sharpen their focus, develop effective habits and lead others to their greatest potential.
Laurel’s commitment to her own development and growth continues to expand her business skills. Since 2008 she transitioned her business to include a life changing workshop The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Program by Stephen Covey.
The evolution continued for Laurel and her business in 2012. In recognition of the number one problem she sees her clients facing (and she has experienced firsthand) is not having enough time to do everything that needs to get done. Pulled in too many directions and never having enough time for what really matters there is a loss of balance in their personal and professional lives.

A common problem Laurel sees her clients experiencing is how managers are chosen within the organiztion. Often it is those team members who have demonstrated a high level of expertise in their job are promoted as managers of their department. The problem these team members have never learned how to manage or lead a team. The good news… these new and senior managers have an opportunity to learn how to be an effective manager.
